Child Abuse Law - Lynette Boggs-Perez

Attorney Boggs-Perez is an experienced trial lawyer who has represented children charged both misdemeanor and felony offenses, including children who have been certified to be prosecuted as adults. She is often appointed in “crossover courts” to represent children in the CPS system who have been charged with criminal offenses. Attorney Boggs-Perez is also experienced in the juvenile record sealing and has assisted many former clients in sealing their juvenile records. She has represented several undocumented children in both juvenile and CPS settings and is experienced in assisting children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned have requisite finding made in state courts so the child may self-petition for legal residency through a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petition through the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
